The Problem

Nick is a Personal Brand Stylist whose mission is to help people understand how they can create the most authentic and best possible first impression on those they meet in person or who find them online. When he first started his business, it was under a different brand name that did not include his own name in it. The brand didn’t represent Nick’s outgoing personality. His own name “Nick Hems” was gaining much more traction than the brand name. After this realisation he decided to come to us to not only create authentic brand photos tat will showcase who he is, what he is about and how its like to work wit him but also to rebrand his company with a new brand name and visual identity, that would reflect the awesome expert that he is.

our solution

We’ve created a preppy brand with an american college and english heritage vibe to it. We used a crest-built around the logo to give the brand an inspiration from older football logos. The colours chosen such as golden and orange were used to bring in a stylistic edge. The logo has been created in a way to provide Nick with an easy way of turning it into an embroider and launch his own apparel collection. The photos that we created for Nick tell his complete brand story - from who he is (a super stylish fashionista), to where he hangs out (cool cafes, bars and apparel stores) to how its like to work with him (by photographing him in action with clients at personal shopping trips or personal style consultancy sessions).
