This remarkable recognition marks the third consecutive nomination for us at the esteemed Great British Entrepreneur Awards this year, a testament to our commitment to excellence and doing good in the digital industry.

The John Caudwell Award, sponsored by Caudwell Children, holds special significance as it celebrates entrepreneurs who actively contribute to inspiring and supporting young people and non-graduates in their journey toward meaningful employment. The awardee is chosen based on their demonstrable dedication to fostering personal skill development and creating opportunities for career progression.

Why did we get nominated?

Visuable has been making waves in the digital agency landscape, specialising in website design and brand identity design for businesses using platforms such as Squarespace and Shopify. However, our dedication to empowering young people and non-graduates in employment has been the driving force behind this remarkable recognition.

Our nomination for this national award is attributed to our ongoing commitment to tackling the challenge of securing work experience and employment for young people. This is something that Lidia feels very passionate about and it is exciting to see being recognised as an important role of Visuable’s existence. As a matter of fact, Visuable was founded as Lidia was struggling to secure a job after graduation and without experience in the industry.

Through our future-focused learning and training programs, we provide students and young graduates with invaluable internships, equipping them with the skills and experience necessary to excel in their careers and secure a spot on our team.

Also, our collaboration with CAMFED was another aspect backing up the nomination. We recently raised £750 to support young girls in sub-Saharan areas, granting them access to quality education. Our dedication to empowering young people, making a significant impact on their lives, and opening doors to bright futures extends beyond the team.
